HOST POOL RELEASE OF LIABILITY I, [Your Name] the Owner of the Pool located at [Pool Address]; have carefully read the description and rules of Swim Lessons (hereinafter referred to as the "Activity") for which I am agreeing to become a Host Pool for. I am aware that allowing children/adults (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") to engage in these Activities carries inherent risks, including the potential for physical harm, loss of life, or damage to my property. In consideration for being permitted by the Instructor to participate in the Activity free of charge for one child, I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which may occur on my property, or which may hereafter inure to me, as a result of participation in the Lessons. This release is intended to discharge in advance Mr. Jordan Swims or any Mr. Jordan Swims Subsidiaries along with all of their employees, volunteers, officers, and representatives from any and all liability arising out of, or connected in any way, with my participation in the Activity. It is understood that this Activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. I agree to indemnify and to hold Mr. Jordan Swims and any Mr. Jordan Swims Subsidiaries, as well as employees, volunteers, officers, and representatives free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which they may incur as the result of a Participants physical harm, loss of life, or damage that may be sustained on my property while participating in the Activity. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT, WAIVER, AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE MR. JORDAN SWIMS AND ME, AND I SIGN IT OF MY FREE WILL.
